3300 SERIES AIM INK |

INTRODUCTIONS
3300 SERIES AIM INK is solvent-based one-pack ink of
evaporative-drying type designed for insert-moulding and
in-mould process. 3300 SERIES AIM INK dries in a relatively
short time and produces flexible ink film with excellent
heat resistance.
APPLICATIONS
Polycarbonate sheet or treated PET film for insert moulding
and in-mould usage.
CHARACTERISTICS

The ink dries at low
temperature(80-90 degrees Centigrade).

Ink film is flexible and tough to cope
with moulding process.

Heat resistance is excellent and the
ink film is suitable to be used in insert moulding and
in-mould processing.

Moulding without binder is possible.
-
As the ink is one-pack type, there
will be little loss of the ink.

INTRODUCTIONS
Insulating coating is essential for the print circuits

JELCON IN SERIES are one-component type of
insulating/insulating-spacer inks which are designed to
print on treated PET.CHARACTERISTICS
- Excellent insulating properties. (resistance: >1013
ohm )
- One component type. Fast cure.
- Excellent adhesion and flexibility.
- Good leveling. Few pin holes appear.
- The influence on silver circuits and the increase in
resistance are small.
- Stable on screen. Printability including
reproducibility is good.

INTRODUCTIONS
JELCON CH-10 is carbon paste of one-component polymer
type designed for the flexible printed circuits of membrane
switches. The resistance is low(lower than CH-1 approx.by
20%). CH-10 makes it possible to improve the performances of
the printed matter as well as to save the cost.
JELCON CH-10 is used for the parts of the dancing game
machine that is very popular now.

Water-based masking inks, JELCON MS SERIES, are designed
to protect the surface of any plastics with screen printing.
Removal of MS SERIES is easy. Any mesh can be used because
of their water-based resin, and leveling and reproducibility
are excellent. They also form barrier against organic
thinner.

JELCON GEC SERIES instantly produces tough and elastic
ink film with UV irradiation. This ink film is peelable from
certain materials.CHARACTERISTICS
- Tough ink film peels off easily and does not leave the
trace of peeling.
- As the ink is 100% non-volatile, odor is low and the
ink is suitable for thick coating.
- Peelability is not affected by humidity and heating.
Reproducibility is good.
- Ink hardly leaks from screen, which makes the
pattern be reproduced accurately.
- As the ink film is elastic, it is suitable for
sand-blast process.

INTRODUCTIONS
JELCON-VS is one-component over coat clear. UV cutting rate
is improved with special absorber of ultra violet ray in
this ink. JELCON-VS dries at room temperature.
CHARACTERISTICS

Good adhesion to acryl, rigid vinyl,
general plastics such as polycarbonate and general vinyl
stickers.

JELCON-VS dries at room temperature.
High absorption of ultra violet ray. UV of less than
340-350nm can be cut. (Usually UV of less than 300nm is
cut.)

Good stability. As UV absorber does not
bleed, the initial absorbing rate is maintained for a long
time.

Good resistance to oil, alcohol and
chemicals.

JELCON RAY TACK-10
(UV CURABLE ADHESIVE) |

INTRODUCTIONS
JELCON RAYTACK is pressure-sensitive UV curable adhesive
for screen printing which has excellent printability,
precision and adhesion. Ink film with excellent adhesion is
formed with UV irradiation. No organic solvent is contained
in its components. RAYTACK-10 is better than conventional
RAYTACK-NEW in both strength against peeling-off and
adhesion-maintaining. The adhesion to untreated PET film is
also good.
CHARACTERISTICS
- Excellent printability
As the ink cures at lower temperature than conventional
water-based or solvent- based pressure-sensitive adhesive,
precision is improved, which leads to better productivity.
As no solvent is contained, viscosity is stable. No
clogging occurs. It is easy to wash the stencil.
As the component is 100% non-volatile, the thickness of
ink film is stable. It is possible to print thick film.
