There are 4 types in printing; letterpress, lithography, intaglio
and stencil. Stencil is used for screen printing just like
mimeograph.
Mesh(=screen) made of fabrics such as polyester is used for
stencil. Screen is stretched and fixed to the frame. Resist is
coated on the screen to fill up the meshes that are not necessary.
Ink goes through the unfilled meshes and are transferred to the
substrate.

possible to print on wide range of substrates.

3500 SERIES EXG INK |

INTRODUCTIONS
3500 SERIES EXG is vinyl with gloss finish. Printability and
blocking resistance is excellent. Lightfast colors have been
newly added to this series.
APPLICATIONS
Vinyl stickers, flexible vinyl, rigid vinyl, ABS, PVC steel
plate, polycarbonate, coated paper.
CHARACTERISTICS

The possibility of clogging is low.
Suitable for high-speed printing.

Excellent resistance to alcohol,
gasoline, oil and chemicals.

Excellent flexibility. Good blocking
resistance.

No heavy metal is contained.

INTRODUCTIONS
8300 SERIES EMA INK is evaporative drying type of ink
specially designed for industrial meters and fascias. 8300
SERIES satisfies the required properties with its low price,
which means high cost performance of this series.
APPLICATIONS
Fascias of polycarbonate and acryl, industrial meters,
name plates. Printing on ABS, rigid vinyl resin.
CHARACTERISTICS
- The possibility of the crack on the substrate is low.
Excellent adhesion.
- Excellent printability. The possibility of pin holes
and crawling is low.
- Excellent flexibility. Suitable for post-processing
such as punching.
- Excellent resistance to oil, alcohol and chemicals.

9000 SERIES is matt ink designed for the membrane
switches of polyester film. The adhesion to polyester film

Polycarbonate sheet or treated PET film for insert
moulding and in-mould usage.
CHARACTERISTICS
- The ink dries at low temperature(80-90 degrees
Centigrade).
- Ink film is flexible and tough to cope with moulding
process.
- Heat resistance is excellent and the ink film is
suitable to be used in insert moulding and in-mould
processing.
- Moulding without binder is possible.
- As the ink is one-pack type, there will be little loss
of the ink.

2500 SERIES MIG-N(SD)INK is one-pack type of ink designed
for metal and glass. 2500 SERIES MIG-N(SD)INK is slow drying
version of conventional 2500 SERIES MIG-N INK. Its adhesion
to the materials is superb and the physical properties and
weathering resistance are also excellent.
APPLICATIONS
Unprimed-metal, primed metal, glass, ceramics,
thermo-setting resin products.
CHARACTERISTICS

Excellent adhesion and glossy finish.

Ink film is tough. Superior physical
properties and weathering resistance can be obtained.

Ink cures at relatively low
temperature(150 degrees Celsius).

to its slow drying.
