This glass enamel adopts advanced technology and high quality raw materials. Mainly used in glassware, such as lamp glass, cosmetic & beverage bottles and daily glass dinnerware. It's suitable for soda lime glass. It can be used in transfer printing, direct printing and hand painting.

Coefficient of thermal expansion(CTE) :
85-95x10-7 /k-1(50-300 ℃).
Firing temperature:
520-580 ℃.
Firing time:
50-60 mins (keep it 10mins at peak temperature).
Drying time:
Paste type: More than 3 mins at 130 ~ 180 ℃.
Thermoplastic type(flakes):
No need of drying process.
Acid and alkali resistance:
weakly acid and alkali resistance.
Firing atmosphere:
neutral or weakly oxidizing atmosphere.
Printing temperature:
70-80 ℃.

Conditions of printing room
It is a very important factor of screen printing, and the printing done at the clean environment ensures the high quality.
Suitable temperature of printing room is 25±2℃, the humidity should not be over 60% and make sure no dust in printing environment.
Managing coefficient of viscosity
Flakes absorb the moisture easily, so keep it at low humidity places all times, and we recommend drying it around 130℃ before use.
Thermo plastic's first stage viscosity are 60 ~ 80 pa.s (Rion (VT-04)/75±5℃) and you can use it without adding separate medium.
Paste's first stage viscosity are 300 ~ 500 pa.s (Rion (VT-04)/24℃), and when mixed with advised medium to 1~3%, it will maintain 180±20 pa.s (Rion (VT-04)/24℃).
Storage
Store in sealed containers as supplied and avoid extreme climatic conditions.
