INTRODUCTIONS
THERMOCHROMATIC INK changes color to colorless, colorless to color or one color to another color when the temperature is raised uoto a specified temperature and this process is repeatable. It can be used for industrial or commercial printings ,Spray Painting,and also used in injection molding material.
CHARACTERISTICS
Light-fastness is good. It can be used for industrial/commercial printing, It can be used in injection molding material of PP, PVC, ABS, EVA, Silicone Rubber etc.
Color change Types : Colorless to color,One color to another color.
Heat resistant : 160 -180 degree Celsius
HOW TO USE
Stir thoroughly before use.
The selection of thinner and other usage are in accordance with the ink series which is used as base ink.
AVAIABILITY
Thermochromaticink can be manufactured using all the ink series (Solvent / Water Based ) although there are some series that are not available.
Activation temperature available: 15,18.22.28.31,38,45,65 Degree Celsius

PRECAUTIONS
1.THERMOCHROMATIC INK is custom-made product. We normally do not have any stock.
2.Although the pigment is lightfast, the quality may degrade depending on the conditions (eg. temperature, humidity, UV light),high speed friction.
3.Please refer to MSDS of each ink series before use.
4.Be sure to do trial print before commercial run to confirm that the product suits the purposes.
