APPLICATION INFORMATION

MESH

Monofilament mesh, 60-120T.

SQUEEGEE

65-85 durometer solvent resistance blade, such as PU.

COVERAGE

Approx. 30 M2/kg under 80T mesh.

CURE

Force to dry with hot air dryer below 100℃ is allowed.

ADDITIVES

007 thinner, 719 fast dry thinner, 718 medium dry thinner or 783 slow dry thinner.

CLEAN UP

Use organic solvent to clean the stencil, such as 007 cleaner.

NOTE

1) To dissolve the ink evenly and avoiding rough finished printing surface, use stronger thinner.

2) As PVC doesn't have good solvent resistance, it may cause sticky problem when stack nylon.

with PVC filmed back, make sure finished products are dried thoroughly and avoid stacking together.

3) When printing on nylon with PVC filmed back, as the PVC contains anti-stickers, it 's easy to cause color transformation, to solve this problem, use colors with good penetration resistance.

4) It is recommended to test beforehand to ensure good adhesion to different substrates.

5) If 9004 or 9005 was added, the printing process should be finished within 8 hours.

PRODUCT RANGE AND PACKAGE

All the colors except outdoor process colors are available in 1KG, 5KG and 20KG containers.

STORAGE

Two years under sunless condition of 5℃-25℃, avoid contacting with acid and alkali.
