Constellation of Laser Machines

Printing on Spouts/ Handle
Logo engraving & Annealing
Laser engraving or marking on curved parts of faucet without damaging the chrome layer.

Printing on Spouts/ Handles
T-01 + 1294 hardener with pretreatment and post-treatment give very resilient printing solutions.
Normally Both Faucets Are chrome plated. they must pass spray test and the inks should be very hard and chemical resistant

Laser Pretreatment & Pad Printing

Most manufacturers need Red and Blue design on handles to denote hot and cold water respectively
Laser Pretreatment is the New method in which the chrome surface is treated by laser which makes dotted indentation on surface on which red and blue dot are printed
PreTreatment
High Frequency corona Pretreatment
system is recommended for high gloss chrome plated suface
PostTreatment
Infrared Post treatment on machine
Oven cure for 120 C for 60 min
Laser Engraving on bath fittings
| Etching | vs | Annealing |
- Since the chrome plating is very thin or just one micron the etching by any laser can easily remove this coating or plating. this results in failure in salt spray test
- We recommend annealing to black color which is merely on surface without penetration
- Combination of laser etching and annealing
