Architectural glass enamels
Decoration of Architectural building glasses is on-trend because of Marketing and branding needs. The customers demand highly decorative glass surfaces in buildings. Glass gives architects and specifiers practical and energy-efficient choices in building design. Our enamel series Ink is a complete blend of intensely opaque chromatic colors, screen print, roller coatings, paints, curtain coatings, and spray coating in various forms of printing on glass.
Apart from the ink matching and mixing services, our inks follow all the international guidelines (compliance).
Spinks World is a producer, supplier, and distributor of lead-free architectural glass enamel and inks applied for artistic, creative, and functional applications. Our high-temperature Belleview Spandrel panel inks and enamels are used in offices, other industrial spaces, and internal glass separators, and are a favourite among architects. These enamels are applicable and applied to glass furniture to make it look premium.
A myriad of colors, ink, paints & effects
Spinks World architectural spray coatings, paints, and paints for any form of printing on glass decoration are opaque, oxidation-free, resistant to weather conditions, and available in gloss finishes with standard or custom colors. They can be supplied in an array of customer-preferred media, including screen printing, roll coating, curtain coating, and spraying.
The technology provides a very durable and uniform ceramic surface. This new method opens up possibilities to include high-performance polished glass for various uses, such as structural glazing, all-glass corners, glass roofs, or window openings. The procedure entails the application of the enamel directly onto the coating. After subsequent heating, the enamel dissolves the sputter coating, and the glass fuses to form a very tight bond, similar to regular float glass enamel. The coating becomes fully integrated with the enamel after cooling.
The advent of heat-treated thermal insulation and solar control coated glass marked a major advancement in improving customer experience and versatility in implementing architectural glass projects. It introduced new possibilities for using tempered and heat-reinforced glass, including the option to bend coated glass and, depending on the type of coating, print on glass with appropriate ceramic paints. This can be done either over the entire surface to produce a spread effect or at the edges of glass panels to conceal structural elements or create suitable decorative surfaces.
On the other hand, newer generations of polished glass (e.g., double and triple silver coatings) are generally not compatible with ceramic paints or any other type of paint. As a result, many systems can only be implemented with great difficulty using traditional processing techniques. The typical cut-to-size tempered and heat-reinforced glass required for this purpose must also be finely polished, which is often associated with long and unpredictable shipping times, consistency risks, and, not least, high logistics costs.
Mirror Like Effect Enamel
Mirror-like effect ink is a newly developed screen printing ink (toughened at 650°C–680°C) that can be tempered. In our lab, these inks have been formulated through years of experimentation and are specially developed to offer visual appeal, long-lasting performance, and resistance to weather changes. They are made using special resins and precious metal-based pigments. The metallic flash and flat surface closely resemble the appearance of electroplating. This ink is ideal for enhancing electronic signs, high-end home appliances, and glass furniture, and it can significantly transform the appearance of glass surfaces.

Double side effect SOP
- Composed of quartz frit and additives, this enamel is suitable for glass floors, glass stairs, glass bridges, and similar applications. It offers excellent chemical resistance, scratch resistance, wear resistance, and enhanced durability. The anti-slip angle is 6 degrees. Available in white, black, and etch colors.
- For the second layer, spray a water-based blue color paint and heat it at approximately 120–150°C for 5 minutes to allow the layer to dry on the screen.
- Place the glass into the furnace and heat it at a temperature above 650°C.
- Wash off the water-based ink to achieve a 100% double-sided matching effect.
Iridescent Effect Inks
- The iridescent enamel series is an innovative product line that displays color-shifting effects when viewed from different angles.
- For example, when viewed from a 90° angle, the enamel may appear purple, but when the viewing angle changes to 45°, the color shifts to green.
